Next.js storefront with static generation on product catalog pages and server-side rendering for cart and checkout. Product data served from a Postgres catalog with a Redis cache layer in front. Page load under 1 second on mobile. No theme framework slowing the critical path.

Multi-vendor platforms with seller onboarding, Stripe Connect account provisioning, commission calculation on settlement, seller dashboard with payout history, and a dispute queue for ops to adjudicate returns. Seller isolation enforced at the database row level.

Payment and subscription flows
Stripe Checkout and Payment Intents for one-time purchases, Stripe Billing for subscription products with dunning logic, prorations, and usage-based overages. Multi-currency pricing tables with localized tax calculation via Stripe Tax. No Shopify Payments intermediary.

Inventory and fulfillment automation
Real-time inventory reservations on add-to-cart with a release timeout if checkout is abandoned. Warehouse webhook integration to sync fulfillment status back to order records. Carrier label generation on shipment creation with tracking number injected into the customer notification email.
